Once you have let us know what you're looking for, we'll be in touch to begin planning your piece. This is where we decided on final dimensions, timber type, finish and prospective delivery timeline.
Once we have decided on the plan, we'll send you a total pricing quote. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your order. Once we have a quote agreed and receive the deposit, you're put into the production queue.
We will be in contact a week before we start production on your piece/s and provide regular updates throughout the build.
As we reach the end of the build, we'll let you know when the finishing process starts and begin organising an optimal date and time for delivery of your piece.
